It all starts with communication definition, creative approach, audience identification and invitation (plus all delegate handling and on site measurement) and goes on to venue sourcing and management, all trucking, crew and the latest in production equipment and techniques. 1803 also specialise in scripting, creative communicative speaker support, speaker training, rehearsal and coaching plus video supported pre-event staging. The event’s not over when its over – web site, intranet, follow-up DVDs etc are also part of the follow up service.

‘Exhibitioneye’ is a specialised TCIP based visual verification system which records to DVR on zoned and timed parameters. It allows remote access to any camera, venue, hotspot etc via the web. But this is no web-cam installation, it is a sophisticated marketing support device which enables empirical information of an event through anything from a hidden lipstick camera to a panoramic dome (all controllable remotely) and can also offer a people counting function, this is available on a monthly rental basis.
